It was equipped with two 30- ton electric furnaces, producing 37Mn5、36Mn2V special billet etc which can reach to 200,000 tons per year, used by Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. In order to optimize the products mix, the second VOD finery was first built in Shandong Province and become the first enterprise using such metallurgical equipment. Since the company was put into production, it continuously put new equipments in order by installing liquid level controller of continuous castings, VOD finery etc to have made good returns.
