Shandong Molong’s s Special Seamless Steel Tube production line was set up in view of market demand. The line comprises rotatory heating furnaces, cone piercing mill, Accu-Roll tube mills, stand stretch reducers, step-type cooling beds and flaw detectors.The pipes are produced in high precision, excellent surface condition, consistent wall thickness and good mechanical performance. The sequential spectrometer we use to examine the materials were acquired from Spectrometer Company in Germany . This equipment embodies world advanced and leading edge technology. Each of the pipes will go through a magnetic particle crack detector and a specific-purpose magnetic detector to conduct preliminary examination. Thermometers are used to conduct high-precision temperature control in furnaces. Other advanced equipment like large-scale metallurgical microscopes are also used for the examination purpose. Our facilities can therefore meet the strict demands on the examination of Special Seamless Steel Tube in the production process. Currently, Shandong Molong’s production line for Special Seamless Steel Tube has reached a production capacity of 80,000 tons per year. Our products are sold to major oil fields like Daqing, Shengli, Xinjiang and Zhongyuan and have drawn good responses from users.
