Valve product is one of our company’s leading products. The
product design, manufacture and inspection all according to
API 6D, API 598, ASME and other related standards. We have
advanced machining centers, CNC lathes, pressure test
equipment for the valve production and testing. From casting
(forging), machining, NDT, pressure property test, cleaning,
packing to shipping, and each process is strictly observed
ISO 9001 quality system standards. Through years of hard
working, our products have been sold out to Occident, Canada
and Middle East and so on, and gain good appraisal from
users.
The company keeps developing new products, since year 2000 we have developed Q347-1, Q347-2, Q347-3 series of Fixed Ball Valve products. Has formed a drift diameter 2-16”, Pressure Stage 150-2500 psi, and Flange connections series products. We use WCC, LCC and CF8M as Material of Valve body and bonnet which in accordance with ASTM Material Standards and satisfied different requirements in different environment, e.g. Room temperature, intermediate temperature, low temperate (-46℃) ,and H2S corrosion environment. etc
.
In order to meet the customer’s requirement, we developed the Q11-1, Q11-2, Q41-1, Q41-2 series ANSI products. Has formed a drift diameter 2-16”, Pressure Stage 150-2500 psi, and Flange connections series products. We use imported material to make product sealing elements, for valve body, bonnet and other key parts we use heat treated forging parts. All the material can satisfy different requirements in different environment, e.g. Room temperature, intermediate temperature, low temperate (-46℃), and H2S corrosion environment. Etc in which products are widely used in petroleum industry, Chemical industry, pharmaceuticals industry, industry of the water and electricity, food service industry, machinery industry and other industries.
With well-equipped equipment and modern management, the productivity of ANSI product is 180,000 set. With the attitude of keeping improving and under the direction of the market, the company is willing to serve all customers faithfully.
